It’s the body’s job to keep what is called homeostasis or an even balance of ph, water, and temperature through stress; with a healthy diet and exercise regiment the body can keep all these strategic systems functioning at 100%!
You never know what life, work, family, accidents will throw at you. It’s our job to maintain our health so we can be evenly productive in every area of our life. Because once our health starts to fail the ability to recover from stress is harder. That’s where doctor visits become more frequent.
